Gerson’s Cake

Gerson’s Cake

Ingredients:
4 Cups of raw oats
1 1/2 to 2 cups of shredded carrots
A small hand full of raisins or blue berrys
2 green apples
2 tablespoons of raw honey
1/4 cup of water 

Preparation:
1. Apples are cooked with water snd 2 tablespoons of raw honey.
2. Mix the oats, carrots and raisins in a bowl.
3 When apples are cooked grind in blender, and add to the mixture of oats.
4. Mix the ingredients and put in a mold, press it well and bake for 1 hour or until crisp.
5. You let it cool, unmold and garnish with fruit to your taste.

Note:
We make a jam with:
Juice of 2 oranges
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 peaches peeled
Put it un to medium heat to be sewn well, mashup all ingredients.
