Gerson Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce – Serves 10 people
Ingredients :
Potato’s
Parsley
Slow Cooking Oatmeal
Onion
Tomato
Turmeric
Cilantro
How to Cook:
Bake 6 potatoes at 350 for 1 – 1.5 hours
Remove skin and puree unskinned potato’s with a handful of parsley
Grind 1 cup of slow cooking oatmeal to flour consistency
Mix ground oatmeal with parsley and potato mixture
Make into small square dumplings and place on tray
Bake for 30 minutes at 300
Gerson Tomato Sauce
1 medium onion – chopped
7 medium tomatoes – chopped
5 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of corianderr
1 bunch of cilantro
Simmer for 1 hour in medium sauce pan
Mix with Gnocchi
