Corn Beef Hash

I marinated organic plain shredded jack fruit and apple cider vinegar and lemon juice all day with bay leaves garlic.
I put in the slow cooker potatoes and carrots and cabbage and onions and garlic and lemon and coriander and bay leaves and thyme
Once the potatoes were cooked I took a few out and put them on my non-toxic Panini grill and got them brown.
With a slotted spoon I drained the water off the jackfruit and put it on a baking sheet and toasted it in the oven.
Chopped up some onion and bell pepper sautéed in a non-toxic non-stick pan with a little water added a toasted potatoes and the jackfruit slightly tossed it.
Put the potatoes and carrots and cabbage into a bowl with a little broth and spooned there hash on top.
You could add Bragg to the broth if your not Gerson you could add a lot of different seasonings if your not Gerson of course stay away from salt if your Gerson.
Add vinegar and lemon helps with the no salt.

There isn’t a sauce but there is a broth I just poured water over potatoes carrots and cabbage.
Whatever amount of veggies you use just cover them with water and then I used coriander and bay leaves and lemon and garlic and onions And some apple cider vinegar. The Gerson mustard I make out of blended potato lemon juice vinegar and green onions and a little water.
