Cabbage with orange juice
Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage
2 grated carrots
1 handful of raisins
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
8 ounces of orange juice
1 onion
1 apple
Preparation:
1. Cut the cabbage and onion, cook with orange juice.
2. Grate the carrot, after 20 minutes add to cabbage along with raisins and herbs.
3. When this is well-cooked, turn off and add the chopped apple.
