LEMON POTATOES
Ingredients:
White potatoes
Green onions
Garlic
The juice of one lemon
Flax seed oil
Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes with a little bit of water over low heat.
2. Chop the other ingredients.
3. Cut the potatoes and put them in a ovenproof dish.
4. Put in the oven at 350 F until golden brown.
5. When they are ready take them out of the oven and add the other ingredients .
