Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
3 Large peppers cut in half
3 Zucchini
1 corn on the cob
1 onion
1/2 a deck of cilantro
Preparation:
1. Cook corn for 1/2 hr and you add items: zucchini and chopped onion and cook until zucchini is ready.
2. Fill the peppers and put them in the oven
3. Mince the cilantro for garnish and serve.
