If you follow what you learn when you go home, you will heal. I witnessed my dads tumour shrink until it was gone, and go from being very sick to full of energy. I also use it myself as maintenance to keep my Crohns away as well as every other disease. When the body is nutrient dense and toxin free is thrives and heals all. This isn’t just a cancer therapy. I even noticed that while going through menopause I have very little symptoms other than the odd hot flash. For awhile I just upped my protocol to include an additional 3 juices with the potassium compound and extra enema as a way to detoxify any extra estrogen. My hair has even gotten thicker where as many women my age are going through thinning. I don’t carry extra weight which is also common during menopause. I could go on but simply put, my point is this…this therapy creates a healthy body which thrives and prevents disease…its not just for cancer.
I would like to go back again someday to your healing center as a little retreat.

Today is my last day at your beautiful clinic. I really enjoyed every minute here. You really created something special for mind body and soul. I love that it is not a typical clinic and the treatments are all over your beautiful house.
Your entire staff is fantastic and so sweet and loving.
I also have to say that my room was special to me, I stay in room 5 and had the beautiful view of the palm tree. ( while doing enemas !! )
The food was beautifully prepared and I was always looking forward to lunch and dinner for simple and new creations by Fernando.

I feel so blessed to be healing with dr. Vickers and team. I personally know 2 others with cancer in last few months and a dozen plus through other people. No one is doing natural. So sad to watch them knowing what I do about the truth behind cancer. Most people think I am the crazy one. Gerson is a blessing to me in so many ways. I am praying and plan to visit your clinic. Truly your my ARCHANGEL here on Earth. I listen to you all day at my job. August 8th will be three years since Kawika was diagnosed with Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. October 2nd will mark three years since he had his surgery to remove the tumor in his right parotid gland and this past January marked the two year completion of the Gerson Therapy.
He is still here and thriving!! God is so good!!!

When Kawika was diagnosed with cancer, almost three years ago, it was one of the scariest moments of my life. For several months following his diagnosis, it was confusing what we should do. Should he have surgery, do radiation, go on the Hallelujah Acres diet, do Gerson Therapy, take turmeric supplements, a combination of the above or something totally different? People had so many suggestions and it was confusing and tiring doing the research and disheartening to realize how expensive everything was.
The Lord ultimately led us to do the Gerson Therapy and to go to the Northern Baja Gerson Center in Roasarito, Mexico. Gerson Therapy, the clinic and the many people we’ve met through the clinic has changed our lives.
When we were there back in January of 2018, there was a couple that came. The husband had been diagnosed with, i believe, stage 4 prostate cancer that had metastasized to his bones.
After a week of being there, he talked about how he had a hard time urinating when he first arrived at the clinic. After a week of being on the therapy, he was no longer having any issues! 🎉🎉🎉 Later that summer, we learned that he had been declared CANCER FREE!! PRAISE THE LORD!!

Medical Condition : Pancreatic cancer, Hepatitis C & Crohn’s Disease
Our whole family went to the clinic. My dad for pancreatic cancer and hepatitis C. My mother for hepatitis C, and myself for Crohn’s disease. It has been 2 years since we went. According to the doctors my dad shouldn’t be alive. Not only is he but his tumour has shrunk. My mom and I are also doing well with no symptoms. The Gerson therapy just makes sense. Disease is nutritional deficiency and toxicity. Flood the body with the nutrients it has been missing and clean out the garbage by detoxifying then watch amazing healing take place. In March 2019, Dr. Patrick Vickers of the Northern Baja Gerson Clinic called me to learn more about our product Raw Living Spirulina. Since then our Raw Living Spirulina has become part of the advanced cancer treatment protocol and our relationship with Patrick has grown.
As with our intention and passion for health and wellness and different healing modalities, I have always been intrigued to learn more about the Gerson Therapy. So, when Dr. Vickers invited me to visit the clinic, I couldn’t wait to get there and experience the advanced health protocols.
Upon my arrival into San Diego airport a driver was waiting for me at baggage claim which was the beginning of my inspirational 4 day adventure.
It was a one hour scenic drive south along the Pacific Ocean coastline to the clinic located in Rosarito Mexico on the Baja Peninsula. Upon arrival to the clinic I was immediately welcomed by the staff and Dr. Vickers and I felt very pleased to meet him personally. My initial impression was wow, what a magnificent place for healing. After being shown around the clinic I was given a daily schedule full of juices, therapies, enemas, and meals for the week.
The day of my arrival, a beautiful healthy, 100% organic, plant based lunch was ready to enjoy. I was very impressed by the artistic presentation on the plates, and the amazing flavors that followed. The lunch was followed by the advanced Gerson green juice which includes a [spoonful of life] of fresh Raw Living Spirulina.
One of the advanced therapies used at the clinic is the use of living chlorophyll and phycocyanin from fresh Raw Living Spirulina together with near infrared photo-medicine or photodynamic light therapies. A superior medical breakthrough for overcoming cancer that helps to better reveal cancer and infections to the immune system.
The future of health and healing is Chlorophyll, the pigment that gives plants and algae their green color. Plants use chlorophyll to trap light needed for photosynthesis – the process by which sunlight, carbon dioxide and water are taken in by the plant and glucose and oxygen is produced. Remember above, cancer cannot survive in an oxygen environment, so it only makes sense that these combined therapies are having such powerful “military-like” effects on cancer cells.
Next on the schedule was a mason jar full of coffee for the first enema of the day. Coffee enemasare a vital and necessary component of the Gerson Therapy. They have appeared in medical writings dating back to ancient Egypt and have been cited in case reports and articles from the late 1800’s. The purpose of coffee enemas is to stimulate the liver which produces a major phase II detoxification enzyme called glutathione transferase which increases the detoxification of the blood and decreases the toxic load on the liver. This includes removing a variety of toxins and free radicals from the bloodstream and assisting the liver with the flood of toxins dislodged from the clean, nutrient-dense food and juices of the Gerson Therapy. Proper elimination of toxins and debris from the colon is absolutely essential in all conditions of disease and health.
Immediately after completing the enema I had a fresh glass of Gerson carrot juice waiting for me in my room. This is an important process by which the juice stimulates the release of toxins, the enema removes them and the follow up juice re-adds the nutrients back into the cells. This cycle is repeated every day numerous times depending on each individuals cancer stage.
For the next 3 days in between juices, enemas and delicious nutritious meals I was scheduled for advanced treatments such as the Bemer, Silver Pulser and Hyperbaric Chamber.
The Bemer is a physical vascular therapy treatment that effectively helps alleviate conditions and support the body’s own self-healing and regeneration processes. Bemer devices improve the impaired pumping movements of small and very small vessels. This results in a needs-based distribution of blood in the network of small blood vessels, making Bemer an effective treatment option for many conditions. This treatment involved lying on a massage table comfortably on my back and having the Beemer placed on my lower torso for 9 minutes. Relaxing and painless.
The Silver Pulser offers the benefits of gentle microcurrents of electricity. The microcurrent stimulation helps the body’s natural electricity for more energy and to promote health. This treatment involved having the portable main unit attached to my upper arm with the two electrical wires attached to the inside of my wrist. The pulses of electrical currents were sent into my body for 45 minutes. Stimulating and fairly painless.
The Hyperbaric Chamber Vitaeris 320 was one of my favorites. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is the medical use of oxygen in a pressurized environment, at a level higher than 1 atmosphere absolute (ATA).
All pathogens, viruses, and parasites are anaerobic. They thrive in the absence of oxygen, but cannot survive with an abundance of oxygen. Even cancer cells cannot exist in oxygen. They depend on fermenting glucose to survive and multiply.
This increased pressure allows for oxygen to dissolve and saturate the blood plasma (independent of hemoglobin/red blood cells), which yields a broad variety of positive physiological, biochemical and cellular effects. This noninvasive therapy is the most trusted way to increase oxygen levels to all organs of the body. This relaxing treatment inside the capsule lasted for 60 minutes two times each day.
HBOT has been demonstrated in several clinical studies to enhance the body’s innate ability to repair and regenerate. It is used as an adjunct therapy to complement and enhance the healing process in both chronic and acute conditions.
My main reason for sharing this experience with you is because you or someone you love and care about might need this information. This place is amazing with great results when it comes to serious health challenges like cancer.
Cancer thrives in an acid-heavy system, where the blood and the organs are flooded with processed salt, sugar, animal fat and artificial food stuffs. I came to the NBGC in an attempt to prevent — or at least inhibit/delay — recurrence of a rare form of brain cancer (grade 3 oligodendroglioma). In July 2016, I underwent neurosurgery to have a 5-cm-diameter chunk of my cancer-damaged right frontal lobe removed. On 13 September 2016, I was making myself at home in Patrick Vickers’ gorgeous high-rise clinic. I arrived just before lunchtime, and I was thrilled to feast on a generous lunch of real organic food (that I didn’t have to locate/purchase/prep!! how awesome is that?!), and that evening I crashed into the first truly restful sleep I’d had in years — all to the sound of the endlessly rolling and breaking waves of Rosarito beach just outside the building.
The Gerson Therapy is not really for the timid. I went through “detox reactions” that may have caused a less committed patient to doubt the Therapy. The care was nonstop, and staff were everpresent to guide me to more and more and repeated treatment. The juices and coffee enemas were brought to me directly (I know of one other clinic where patients have to go get these from the kitchen — not a huge pain, but not as TLC-ish as the NBGC). The sunshine and fresh air cannot be beat! The Gerson Therapy is not considered “enough” to “cure” brain cancers, even by staunch members of what I call “The Gerson Culture,” but Vickers’ clinic has vitamin C IVs infusion available, oxygenated treatments, and more. The clinic provides EXCELLENT communication with patients after their stay FOR THE ENTIRE TWO YEARS one works this healing protocol.
I made it through “the two years” of the Gerson Therapy’s “intensive phase,” with, so far, no sign of cancer recurrence, and I now work a “maintenance phase” that’s at least 80% true to the principles I learned from the Gerson Therapy. I am now 3 years and 8 months past neurosurgery, and I’m simply now dedicated to living as healthfully as I possibly can and I’m leaving the future to present itself (which is we all should be doing anyway, isn’t it?).
The NBGC changed my life. I “relate” to food, to Nature, and to life itself in a completely new way that I never anticipated when I first walked through its doors. But two years of HARD work changes a person. Diagnosed with breast cancer Sept. 2013 with one lymph node involved. Had lumpectomy Oct. 2013 and removal of underarm node (not all) December 2013. Declined hormone blocking pill, chemo and radiation.
May 2014 had an enlarged node on my neck removed and it was on the same side as previous Breast Cancer. Was diagnosed as Large B cell Lymphoma stage one. Again declined chemo and radiation.
September 2014 my husband and I stayed three weeks at Northern Baja Gerson Clinic after being picked up in San Diego and driven across the border to the Clinic. Rate quoted for our stay was expected and handed over upon arrival with no extra surprises later.
We were also driven safely back across the border and delivered to the airport at the end of our stay. After this initial stay in 2014 we also returned after 6 months for a check up by the doctor there and to show our teenage daughters around Rosarito.
Had the 13 juices, organic vegetarian diet, supplements, coffee enemas, castor oil, PNC therapy breathing treatments, Coleys, liver shots, vitamin C IV, chelation and perhaps a couple more I am forgetting.
Immediate feelings were of relaxation with hearing the ocean sounds 24/7 along with no responsibilities, except to learn the Gerson protocol and heal! I felt happy and healthy and like I was on vacation with having all my needs met by the warm and welcoming staff there. I was able to focus on learning, resting and healing. The facility was clean and you could visit with the other patients as much or little as you wished. Walks on the beach added to the relaxation and fresh juices were made for us to take with us on a little trip into town to purchase Souvenirs. The food prepared by the cooks was beautiful and delicious after my system got use to the lack of salt and oil. They really went out of their way to make meals attractive and satisfying.
I went home and continued the Gerson protocol for two years with regular blood work, 6 months of Vitamin C IV’s on a weekly basis and intentional hours of relaxation.
I am now 5 1/2 years past breast cancer and almost 5 years past Lymphoma with normal blood work. I have lived in Australia the past 18 months and have now returned to the U.S. and continue to eat mostly a whole foods plant based diet, my blood work and breast cancer tumor marker is in normal ranges. I continue to take various supplements recommended by Chris Wark that are beneficial for cancer and trust that the foundation that was built at Northern Baja Gerson Clinic and my faith in Jesus will see me through the next five years cancer free!

I arrived at Northern Baja Gerson Institute on March 1, 2018, after receiving a scary Stage 4 Cancer diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL). From the minute I entered the facility in beautiful Mexico, I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted by a friendly and compassionate staff, who showed me to my private room, then met with Dr. Rodriguez who sat down with me and carefully explained the course of juices, treatments, supplements, diet, etc. I would be receiving during my stay. I stayed at the institute for 3 weeks and was closely monitored by the doctors and nurses daily. During my stay, the staff, as well as Dr. Vickers educated me on what I needed to do at home to continue the protocol, which can take up to 2 years for remission. My husband Michael was diagnosed with stage III Hodgkin’s Lymphoma two years ago. After going through a year of chemotherapy he still had cancer present. His body was declining from from the chemotherapy. He was constantly fatigued, dealt with constipation, nausea, and numerous side effects from the many medications he was taking.
Starting the second year of his treatment his oncologist wanted him to start a targeted monoclonal antibody therapy that gave him a 1- in -9 chance of remission. We decided it was time to look into alternative therapies.

The Northern Baja Gerson Center is a first rate health care facility that feels more like a resort. Healing Update – after exactly 6 weeks we are on our way back home to the UK. What an amazing time and life changing experience it has been for both of us. James (my twin brother) has undertaken many different therapies and advanced treatments which have been so worthwhile. Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, Dentrictic Cell Therapy, intravenous Vitamin C and B17, Liver and B12 Injections, Hyperthermia, Far-infrared therapy, Bemer vascular therapy…..to name a few.
The food has been organic, wholesome and nutritious, prepared and presented beautifully by the three talented Gerson chefs. The staff, Doctors and Nurses have been fantastic, looking after James and everyone’s needs. Thank you to Dr Patrick Vickers for his kindness, knowledge and stunning facility in northern Mexico, providing a stress free environment to relax and heal. James has done very well and I’m so proud of him. He has experienced some pain and a couple of serious reactions to treatments but has come through it so well. Here is my story so far on a modified Gerson protocol after consulting with Dr Vickers in July 2013. I posted this originally in another Gerson support group and includes copies of before and after biopsies:
My Gerson story so far-
Thanks Kathleen for welcoming me into the group. I’m an almost-healed prostate cancer Gerson patient. I’m an independent trucker and have been doing the therapy on the road in my semi-truck for over three years. I’m in my truck five days a week running from my home in Northern Idaho to Southern California and back through Spokane, Washington.
Like you, when I first learned of the Gerson Therapy I KNEW this was God’s way to heal the body that He created and that I’m only a steward of.
Due to my tight schedule hauling perishable salad dressings and fresh produce I must do a modified version of the therapy. I do about one coffee enema per day and drink about 7 or 8 juices total with most of them taken within 3 hours of the coffee break (knowing the coffee-induced liver enhancement lasts about that long. I bring the produce home most weeks and my wife makes the juices for each 5 day period and also the meal prep except for the oatmeal that I cook in a 5 quart covered glass dish that fits in my 12-volt travel stove. I also use this to heat up the food my wife makes. I have two ice coolers that I keep the food in. One cooler is just for the juice which we pour into 1/2 gallon jars and then place in the cooler with the ice.
Oh, the coffee breaks? Let me just say like you probably said, “where there’s a will there’s a way.” Suffice to say that task is accomplished in the proper Gerson manner whether there’s a bathroom nearby to walk to after the 15 minutes or not. No mishaps so far!
I’m 60 years old now and in 2013 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer through needle biopsy. The result was 6 of 12 cores positive, and Gleason 6 (not as fast-spreading as some). After doing my modified protocol I got a second biopsy 21 months later that showed an almost 90% reduction in the cancer detected with only 1 core positive out of 12 (I’ll post these biopsies at the end).
That’s an introduction – What follows is a longer facebook comment I made a few months ago which may be redundant for some in this group but I’ll include here for the benefit of so many new members:
Thanks to all! With cancer now rampant compared to 120 years ago it’s obvious we’ve been doing something wrong. Our bodies and immune systems are compromised from dealing with impure food, water, and often air (especially indoor air) not to mention alcohol/drug abuse, etc. Another major problem is the sodium/potassium ratio. Virtually everyone has too much sodium and not enough potassium which results in cellular edema. Sodium (or table salt) is added to almost every processed food there is. This cellular edema severely inhibits energy production and metabolism by restricting entry of sugar and oxygen to the cells. In this state of cellular disruption it’s only natural to see so many debilitating conditions or “diseases,” especially diabetes and cancer plus about 50 other common things we’ve all heard of or experienced. The Gerson Therapy slowly reverses this by taking away the cause of most of the problems in the first place.
The therapy consists of a radical change in diet plus other non-drug protocols (yes, coffee enemas for enhanced detoxification through the liver) and natural nutritional supplements including a special 3 part type of potassium compound. The diet is vegetarian (easily digestible and high in potassium) but not entirely vegan and takes at least 18 months to 2 years to restore proper cellular function and most importantly to rebuild the liver. The full therapy may include as much as 20-23 lbs of organic produce (!) mostly in the form of freshly-pressed juices and about 2-3 lbs cooked plus raw salads, etc. My protocol is modified. Instead of thirteen 8 oz juices per day I have 7 or 8.
My Urologist is no longer recommending I have my prostate removed but “keep an eye on things” through ongoing tests, etc. But he’s still not quite sure what to make of it all.
I’ve always emphasized hard work but in my case I tend to overwork and always have. The trouble is this activity (yes often prideful) is bad for the immune system. So if you’re like me you think you can get away with not following all the rules. For me the main one is not getting enough sleep. On top of that, after the first year or so you feel so good you start to think you’re invincible… again. So for people like me the risk is to not get enough rest and sleep. Had I done so I don’t think I would have still had some cancer present 21 months into the therapy. So now I’m slowing things down to allow my immune system to catch up..
Nonetheless, I’ve experienced huge progress not just in the cancer department –
1) my right arm strength had deteriorated down to less than half that of my left arm. Dystrophy? After about 8 months on the therapy it was back to normal.
2) chronic underlying cough was gone in first 5 or 6 months.
3) hemorrhoids gone in first 5 or 6 weeks
4) then I noticed last spring when tilling the garden all day I didn’t get the usual sunburn as in every year before! (I found out later that all the beta carotene in the juices is a natural sunscreen).
5) Energy! I wanted to see if what I was feeling was real or not. When fully rested I felt like I could run 5 miles! So recently I did just that, I had my son take me out 5 miles from home and drop me off. I ran home nonstop in just under 50 min, not the greatest but pretty good for not having run except for a mile or two a couple of times in the 16 years since I retired from the Army. My upper legs were sore but my breathing and heart rate were fine.
Yes, the therapy works in most cases if you actually follow it and even in about 50% of terminal cases as documented in Dr. Gersons book, “A Cancer Therapy: results of 50 cases”
When I foolishly tore up my knee (ACL, MCL, meniscus) in a dumb logging accident in 2008 I didn’t hesitate to have it surgically repaired. But in the case of debilitating conditions and cancer let’s not rush fearfully into destructive “treatments” but treat our bodies as our Creator would have us do and help it to heal itself as He intended.

I know that at the beginning you had doubts about me not focusing in this therapy. But I did, even though it was hard for me. And you were right, you said that the first few months were going to be the worse, and it happened just like that. I didn’t think I was going to make it, and I was ready to give up. And I cried, and I was angry because I did not like the food, and it was hell. It took some time for me to get adjusted. – and I did. I now eat potatoes like nothing, and they taste good, and the soup actually tastes good too, I couldn’t stand it before, remember?. And I actually like vegetables, I make lots of recipes with them and look forward to eating them. Bread is not even in my menu anymore, although once in a while I eat a piece of organic rye bread. MY health has improved tremendously, my lab results are good each time. no cholesterol, no high blood pressure, my thyroids are always below 5, even my sugar levels are normal. I will send you the lab results.. as well as the MRI and other test results tomorrow so you can see it for yourself. You can post it on FB if you want to. I just thought I should tell you first by email before saying anything on your FB page. BTW, they did the brain scan because i was having pain in my skull. but nothing was there either. I am so happy !! Diego is here with me,he came from LA to be with me for the results, and you can’t imagine how happy he is. We were both crying of happiness.

I still have pain in my spinal cord and ribs from the damage caused by the cells, but the doctor said that the bones will take some time to grow back, at least 2 years. So 2 years of pain. I can take it, especially now that I know that I don’t have cancer YEi!!

AWESOME PATIENT UPDATE (September 2016)
Here is another incredible patient update from our clinic here in Rosarito, Mexico. Nine days ago Dolores W. entered our clinic with advanced Malignant Melanoma in her foot which also had spread to the lymph nodes in the groin area. FANTASTIC PATIENT UPDATE
One week ago today Herman J. from Manhattan arrived at our clinic with advanced prostate cancer and a PSA ANTIGEN of 10.1….fairly high. When he came in he was clearly worried and troubled and not quite secure that we could cure him. I assured him that he has nothing to worry about and that he will do great as prostate cancer responds famously to our treatment (see shocking Thomas King testimonial here on FB). Well, yesterday, after one week, we took another PSA test and the results were remarkable….down to 5.9 in just one week at our clinic. Herman is clearly on his way to healing. So exciting.

YET ANOTHER SHOCKING PATIENT UPDATE FROM NORTHERN BAJA GERSON CENTER!
We want to share with you yet another shocking patient video sent to us this week by the patient´s husband Robert L. of Vancouver, Canada. His wife, Pauline L., came to us 8 months ago with severely advanced pancreatic cancer. Before coming to us she needed to have a stent put in to prevent blockage of the bile duct. That procedure, along with the natural propensity of internal bleeding for her particular cancer, caused a major crisis that could have taken her life but she was stabilized and able to make it down to our clinic. We were worried and reluctant to take her because she was at high risk for going into a crisis at our clinic. Nevertheless, we agreed to take her. We immensely enjoyed having her and her beautiful family at our clinic. Unfortunately, one night, we nearly lost her. She went into a major crisis of internal bleeding and we all gathered around her bed waiting for emergency services to take her to the hospital to try and save her life. Her respiration and pulse plummeted as she went in and out of consciousness. We, truly, were not sure she would make it. She made it to the hospital and by the grace of God she was stabilized, returned to our facility and shortly thereafter returned home only to go thru another crisis with her stent. Again, she made it through that. This week, after 8 months of doing the Gerson Therapy, her husband sent us this absolutely wonderful, tear-jerking video. We all jumped for joy, albeit absolutely shocked, upon seeing this video….ENJOY!

Back in January, Thomas K., 71 years old, came to us with the most severe case of prostate cancer we have ever seen at our clinic. Thomas’ CT SCAN lit up like a christmas tree as he had bone metastasis throughout his entire body. His Alkaline Phosphatase levels, which indicate the level of bone involvement, were at 900!
