CAULIFLOWER PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
-2 Medium cauliflowers
-2 Cups of oat flour
-1 Top of parsley
-3 Green onions
-3 Garlic cloves
INGREDIENTS (TOPINGS)
-1 Zucchini
-1 Red pepper
-1/2 Onion
-6 Cherry tomatoes
-2 Cups tomato puree
-1 Small grated potato (optional)
PREPARATION
1. In food processor grind raw cauliflower.
2. Cook cauliflower ground with very little water over low heat.
3. Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
4. Rinse cooked cauliflower and put it in a cloth or gauze and squeeze out water.
5. In a coffee grinder, grind the oats so it looks like flour.
6. For that you get all the possible water cauliflower, put in a bowl and add all the ingredients chopped and ground oatmeal to make a dough (if you think you need more flour you can put more)
7. Put plastic wrap on the table and begin to roll the dough (you need to wet your hands so that the dough does not stick in them) extend it until it is the size you want, to a thickness of 1 “or so.
8. You put the tray on the top extended mass and you cover with the plastic wrap all the way around so that you can turn without breaking the pizza.
9. Put it in the oven for 40 min at 250 F until edges change color and crisp look.
10. Take out of the oven and pour the tomato paste and the other ingredients and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more or so.
