Lentil and Quinoa Hamburger.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of lentils
1/2 cup of quinoa
1 small red onion
Mint leaves, parsley and cilantro
2 garlic clives, minced
Tomato, lettuce and onion for the hamburger.
Prepararion:
1. Soak the lentils overnight
2. Cook the lentils for half an hour and add the quinoa to finish cooking.
3. Chop the onion, mint, cilantro and parsley.
4. Drain the lentils and quinoa, put them in the food processor and grind it, then add the chopped ingredients.
5. Make them into pattied and put them in a baking tray at 250 F for 1 hour untill they are firm and cooked thorugh
6. Put each pattie between 2 lettuces add the tomato and onion.
Enjoy a delicious hamburger
