Roasted Vegetables with Pesto

Ingredients:
Eggplant
Zucchini
Onion
Peppers
Pear
flaxseed oil
Pesto
Cherry tomato

Preparation:
1. Slice vegetables
2. Roast all the vegetables and pear except the cherry tomatoes.
3. To serve you make a tower with the vegetables, pour the pesto and garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
