Veggies with carrot sauce

Cauliflower or broccoli with carrot sauce

Ingredients:
Cauliflower 1 or 2 or 3 branches of broccoli
3 carrots
1 to 2 onions julienned
2 tablespoons Flax seed oil

Preparation:
1. Cook the cauliflower or broccoli with a bed of onions and 2 tablespoons water over low heat for 1 hour or until done.
2. Cook the carrots with ½ cup water until well soft.
3. When carrots are ready grind them with oil, if necessary add a little more water, but it has to be as thick as possible.
4. Pour the carrot mixture over the cauliflower or broccoli and ready.
