Gerson Potato and Broccoli Burgers with Potato Skins
Ingredients – Serves 6- 10 people
Potato’s
Potato Skins
Garlic
Cilantro
Broccoli
Butternut Squash
Apple Cider Vinegar
How to Cook
Bake 3 medium potatoes at 300 for 1 – 1. 5 hours
Remove skins and set aside
Mix unskinned potato’s with 1/2 cup of finely chopped cilantro and 2 cups of finely chopped cooked broccoli
Make into patties and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
In same oven at 350, put potato skins on separate tray and bake for 20 minutes
Sauce
Boil 1/2 butternut squash for 45 minutes. Blend with 1 – 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 tsp of turmeric Dash of apple cider vinegar
Garnish
Tomato if you wish
